Adults~ Pastor’s Class         Leader: Pastor Clark         Location: Sanctuary         Topic: Esperiencing the Apostles' Creed Overview: As part of the 25th anniversary celebration, the Christian History Institute has produced a 17-part video series on the Apostles' Creed. The Creed is one of the earliest basic statements of what C.S. Lewis called Mere Christianity. Each session will consist of viewing a segmant in which a team of noted biblical, theological, and historical scholors share their insights on a portion of the Apostles' Creed.Following that, class members will discuss their own thoughts on the subject and how it impacts Christian life in today's world. Those taking part in this series will never again see this creed as a dry statement of ancient theology, but rather a vibrant expression of our worldview and belief system, linking us to the church of the ages and fellow believers around the world.
